Terraform & Infrastructure as Code for Azure and AWS.
Turn hand-built cloud environments into consistent, version-controlled infrastructure your team can review, repeat, and trust, deployed through CI/CD instead of the portal.
Talk to us about Terraform ↗Sound familiar?
Most teams we talk to aren't starting from zero. They have a live estate that grew faster than the process around it.
Built by hand
Resources were created in the portal over the years. Nobody is sure what exists, who owns it, or how to rebuild it.
Environments drift apart
Dev, test, and production were meant to match, but they don't, so "it worked in test" stops meaning anything.
Terraform started, then stalled
Someone wrote a few modules, but there's no state strategy, no pipeline, and most of the estate is still outside code.
What we deliver
IaC assessment
A full inventory of your Azure or AWS estate, what can be imported, what should be rebuilt, and a phased plan with effort estimates and risks.
Modules & repo structure
Reusable Terraform modules, remote state, environment layout, and naming and tagging standards your team can extend.
Pipelines & guardrails
Plan and apply through Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions with workload identity (no stored secrets), approvals, and cost checks.
Import & migration
Bring existing resources under Terraform safely, starting with a low-risk pilot before production.
Bicep, CloudFormation & Ansible
Already invested in native tooling? We work with Bicep, CloudFormation, and Ansible too, or help you plan a move to Terraform.
Handover & training
Documentation, runbooks, and working sessions so your team owns it after we leave.
How an engagement runs
Inventory
Map the estate and agree on scope.
Blueprint
Repo layout, state, modules, and pipeline design.
Prove it
One non-production environment, end to end.
Scale it
Expand subscription by subscription, then hand over.
Example: IaC assessment for a multi-subscription Azure estate
Work our team delivered in a previous role. Client name withheld.
A growing Azure environment managed by hand, with no clear picture of what existed or how to bring it under code.
Audited 2,500+ resources across 15 subscriptions and designed a phased Terraform adoption plan with scope options and risks.
A phased, costed roadmap the team could approve and schedule, starting with a low-risk pilot.
Common questions
Do you work with both Azure and AWS?
Yes. We use Terraform's azurerm and AWS providers, and work with Bicep and CloudFormation where teams already use them.
Can you bring existing resources under Terraform without downtime?
Yes. Importing existing resources doesn't recreate them. We start with a non-production pilot and review every plan before anything is applied.
How long does it take?
An assessment usually takes one to two weeks. A full rollout depends on the size of the estate; we give you an estimate after the assessment.
Can you work alongside our team or MSP?
Yes: as project consulting, contract engineering, or white-label delivery for MSPs and consultancies.
Do you work with clients outside Chicago?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across the United States, using secure, delegated access to your cloud environments.
